Who charges me?
Shopify does. The plan is set up through Shopify App Pricing, so the charge appears on your Shopify invoice alongside your other apps, and you cancel it from your Shopify admin the same way.
Does the price change as my catalogue grows?
No. The bill has no row limits, no per-vehicle charges and no usage fees — it is the same monthly price whatever the size of your catalogue. That is a statement about billing, and it is worth being precise: the app does have technical limits, and the one you would meet first is 250,000 fitment rows stored in your store. Past that we run your imports for you rather than have you self-serve them — get in touch and nothing about your bill changes. A single import file is capped at 500,000 rows.
What happens during the trial?
You get the whole app for 14 days, with no reduced version to evaluate. Cancel inside the window and you are not charged.
What happens if I cancel?
Your fitment data stays exactly where it is and your export keeps working — that is deliberate, and it does not depend on you paying. The app becomes read-only, so you can look at and download everything but not import or edit. Your storefront keeps serving shoppers for 5 more days, after which the vehicle search, the fit badge and the fitment table stop appearing. Nothing in your theme breaks and no shopper sees an error.
What happens if I uninstall?
Uninstalling does not erase your rows immediately — reinstalling inside the first day or two finds them still there. Shopify then sends us a redaction request, roughly 48 hours after the uninstall, and we delete everything for the shop at that point. If you may want the data, export it before you uninstall; the export is a clean CSV you can re-import.
Can I undo a bad import?
Yes. Every bulk change takes a snapshot first and you can roll back in one click. We keep the last 25 restore points per store; older ones are dropped as new ones are made.
Development stores?
Free. Build and test on a development store without a subscription.
Is there a cheaper tier with less in it?
No — and no dearer one either. There is one plan, and a future plan may differ by features, but it will never start counting your rows or your vehicles. That is a design rule, not a price point.
