Who charges me?
Shopify does. The charge is on your Shopify invoice with your other apps, and you cancel it from your Shopify admin.
Which plan do I need?
Count your fitment rows and pick the smallest plan that holds them. Most stores we have looked at fit in Small.
Does the price change as my catalogue grows?
Only when you move to a bigger plan. Each plan has a fixed monthly price and a limit on the fitment rows your store holds: Small up to 10,000, Medium up to 100,000 and Large up to 500,000. Large is the biggest plan. If you have more than 500,000 fitment rows, email us and tell us about your catalogue.
What happens if I go over my plan's limit?
An import or a new fitment row can't take your store over its plan's limit. If your store is already over, you can't raise its total until you choose a bigger plan or delete enough fitment rows to get under your plan's limit. You can still edit, delete and export fitment rows, and import a file that doesn't raise the total. Restoring a restore point always works, even when it takes your store over. Your storefront keeps working.
What happens during the trial?
You get the whole app for 30 days on any plan, with no reduced version to evaluate. Cancel inside the window and you are not charged.
What happens if I cancel?
Your fitment data stays exactly where it is and your export keeps working. That is deliberate, and it does not depend on you paying. The app becomes read-only, so you can look at and download everything but not import or edit. If you have paid before, your storefront keeps serving shoppers for 7 more days, after which the vehicle search, the fit badge and the fitment table stop appearing. If you cancel before your first charge, they stop when your plan ends and come back when you choose a plan. Nothing in your theme breaks and no shopper sees an error.
What happens if I uninstall?
Uninstalling doesn't delete your fitment rows straight away. They stay until Shopify sends us its deletion request for the shop, and reinstalling before then finds them still there. When that request arrives we delete everything for the shop. If you may want the data, export it before you uninstall; the export is a clean CSV you can re-import.
Can I undo a bad import?
Yes. Every bulk change saves a restore point first, so you can roll back in one click. We keep the last 25 per store and drop the oldest as new ones are made.
Do development stores pay?
No. Build and test on a development store without a subscription. It holds up to 500 fitment rows.
Do the plans differ in features?
No. Every plan has every feature. Only the number of fitment rows you can store changes.
